Sabbatini Walks The Walk

Seperating himself from the pack, Rory Sabbatini shot 3-under today to get to 6-under overall and a 2-shot lead over Master’s champ Zach Johnson. Tiger Woods is 4-back at 2-under, but said he was satisfied with his play overall. Lets see on moving day Saturday if Tiger makes his charge. A lot of people are hoping for a Tiger/Rory pairing on Sunday, thinking that they’ll drop the clubs and break into fist-a-cuffs or something.
Anyways, the talk of the day again was the brutal rough, some compared it to Oakmont. Mike Weir withdrew in the middle of his round saying it wasn’t worth risking his round before the PGA Championship next week. Also, alot of people are making a big deal of the fact that ten of world’s top-15 are at a ten stroke or more deficit (Phil, Vijay, Ernie, etc…).
